"Chris and I always assumed we were having a boy because my bump was so big, so it was a massive surprise to find out we had a girl. She was a big baby and filled the weighing scales.

1. Eat less carbohydrates, more protein
2. Alot of veggies too, cucumber does magic
3. Green tea helps to burn a few calories as well... a cup of green tea without milk or sugar at least twice a day.
4. Exercise. At least twice a day. .. you must not go to the gym, a bit of skipping, sit up, bicycle, squats a day will do.
you must not get it all at once but sit up is the ultimate
5. Finally, sex. Yes sex! Proven to burn calories
